خبير في علاقات العمل والثقافة التنظيمية من خلال عمله لمدة تزيد عن 18 عام في المتابعة والتقيم، إدارة المشاريع، تطوير الاعمال، بناء أدوات القياس، الاستشارات النفسية-الاجتماعية، الارشاد الأسري، إدارة وتنفيذ مجموعات التدخل النفسي والاجتماعي في قطاعات متنوعه مثل الصحة، التعليم، القطاع المصرفي والخدماتي. عمل في كافة القطاعات المهنية (القطاع الخاص، الأهلي، الحكومي).  إلى جانب ذلك لديه خبره في التعليم الأكاديمي في (جامعة بيرزيت، الجامعة العربية الأمريكية، جامعة النجاح الوطنية). وتعتبر الخبرة النوعية مرتبطة بتقاطع تخصصات علمية ذات علاقة مثل علم إجتماع المعرفة، علم النفس الاجتماعي، علم النفس المعرفي، علم إجتماع الثقافة، علم إجتماع التنمية

Clinical Psychologist and Director of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services, with over 15 years of experience in humanitarian and development settings, including active conflict zones. She specializes in trauma care, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and enhancing staff resilience. She has extensive experience in treating complex post-traumatic stress disorder, rehabilitating torture victims, and trauma prevention strategies. She is skilled in program design, team capacity building, and cross-cultural coordination. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.

Ahmed Al-Khatib is a Research Associate in Health Data Science at the Faculty of Medicine at Imperial College London, Department of Primary Care and Public Health. He leads research projects assessing pressures on urgent and emergency care services in the National Health Service (NHS), and the relationship between medication overuse and falls in high-risk settings. He has expertise in integrated care systems, multi-morbidity research, and mental health; multilevel and time-series quantitative analytical methods; and the socio-ecological framework for health.
